What is this combat system?? What are all these names?? 😭😭 if I wanted a history lesson I would’ve gone back to university!

Finished Ni No Kuni 1. It was cute, if a bit predictable. Only one game over and that’s because I am extremely dumb (forgot to before a visible random encounter)
