Ooh do you mean like a "profil" ?

Actually I don't know the best solution(s) for this, just wanted to give it my experience about it :) It's not a big deal and there is always (almost) a solution for every "issues" in Blender so I'll always be grateful for that !

The feature I'd love is to have the choice to load or not the UI (whatever your default option) ONCE you already open the file.
Maybe there is a better way, but it's annoying to use the "Open..." function and navigate to your file just for getting the option to load or not the UI.

Also with very old files, this can lead to weird issues where some windows or plugins doesn't load correctly.

I've tried it several months ago and I think I prefer Load UI to True by default. It'll depend of personnal usage but it's not often the case I have to NOT load the UI from a specific .blend file, and not the other way around → From other users, but also from previous files of my own

During #BombRushCyberfunk dev, I've suggested realtime lighting for day/night ambiances but sadly it wasn't good for perf reasons and workload 🖥🔥

I still love it and it was automatic: move the sun and boom ! Look at these lil streetlights hehe

Now, some 3D tricks for the curious 👀

I used anchor points for moving the character between teleport points. Very easy to edit the path afterward 🧠

Next, the rhythm !
Often comes with composition, it's already playing in your head. Pin point the main steps. Focus on the essential and ONLY do that. Other stuff will not improve your shot if the base isn't rock solid.
