She’s also a bloody nice person too. I met her both when she was Chief Nursing Officer and as Bishop of Crediton: a more grounded person who wears her values on her sleeve, and respects all, you couldn’t hope to come across in someone supposedly “part of the establishment”

As it stands it still represents a significant shift in rights to the tenant from the landlord. About time too. No more no fault evictions, and fines coming for EPC >C.

As a responsible landlord I applaud this. If it makes the Victorian slum-owners leave the market then good riddance.
