Still holds up as an incredible, life changing album for me. I have however strangely come to reassess their subsequent output, with some exceptions, as a pretty dull dirge. I just can’t get past that cod yank accent like I could when I was 14.

Weird CD I found in a box of other rubbish. Shrink wrapped so I ain’t going to open it. Would suggest a Remote Viewer track on there. An interesting list of Manchester record labels from 25 years ago!

I think I’m happy with the fact that my son has no interest in any of the music that I like but I’ve succeeded in convincing him of all the shit that he should avoid.

Once I’ve released some music or something and it’s gone OK I think “ahhh I wish I was 10 years younger” but then realise that’d make me 40 and I’d still be way past the date I should have given up.

Actually well stressful. I’ve got a free vegetable, bakery item and hand wash going begging but I can’t get up there before the deal expires. Could have had complimentary carrots on toast and even washed my hands before making it.
