No I haven't. I see people doing the same thing with chicken to make chicken nuggets. Will have to try both sometime. The tuna bread is quite amazing the texture is exactly like bread and can also be made with chicken but I haven’t tried the chicken version yet.

😃 Who says you can't have TUNA and BEEF together? 😁 IDK!....
BUT... I took the Tuna bread recipe thats just Tuna, Eggs and Baking powder and made Buns for my Burger using the Dash griddle plate.
😄 I even put sesame seeds on the top bun!

😄 SO... I keep seeing people making keto tuna bread/buns online with tuna, egg and baking powder and I got this weird idea to try make it as a flatbread... so I cooked it like a pancake 👀 super surprised it actually tastes good. Made a Curry tuna broccoli salad to go with it.

I made a Keto/Low-Carb Pizza!🍕

Crust: Eggs, Cottage cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Almond Flour, Baking powder and a pinch of Sea salt.

Toppings: Tomato sauce, Pepperoni, Bell Peppers, Black Olives and Mozzarella cheese.
