What is PTSD?
Well before I get into a DSM definition what it is for me is:

Never going a single day without flashbacks about the multiple times I was almost killed, every time I witnessed murder, every time I was abused, every time I was raped & molested & every accident & surgery I have had.

So I continue to advocate for a mutually beneficial global system of love so that hope is fostered, people are tended to & healthcare & education are prioritized & free.

I would love help to get myself back on my feet but the more I ask for help the more my hope fades as no one spends time with me.

People who are rich & cause harm to the economic welfare of others, government who impose fascist systems of inequality & religions that foster supremacy wars participate in so much inequity cause so much suffering & harm they can’t possibly be allowed to continue in the capacity they currently are.

I can tell you right now:

Poverty causes suicide.

Not having funds you need to take care of yourself causes severe depression & suicide.

When you have the means & funds to tend to your mental & physical health you’re less likely to be suicidal.

With healthy systems happiness is a default.

This is me & my late cats Mo & Lu.

I had to move from this apartment because the price kept going up.
I have been on disability since I saved my friend from murder.
I have severe PTSD & health problems.

Everyday people treat me like I am not experiencing suicidal depression & abject poverty.

It’s International Mental Health Awareness Day:
Everyone is talking about suicide prevention & mental illness.

But no one is talking about the systems that destroy mental health & how the people that uphold those systems treat others, animals & the earth.
Capitalist colonialism is a suicide system.

I want small businesses to run the world, a bustling downtown where the butcher, the baker & candle stick maker employs many people in a free market.
Not massive slavery corporations where share holders & profit are more important than families.

I want everyone to mutually benefit as we all work together cooperatively to achieve goals of a healthy planet & compassionate society.
We all know capitalist colonialism is destructive even if some don’t want to admit it because they are the beneficiary of inequality.
I hope we can change systems.

We must take the power away from the malicious & ignorant by never forgetting who we are:

We take care of one another.
We support families & small businesses to starve the beast.

This is our planet & too many people losing hope that we will solve so many massive global problems.
We have been thrust into being unable to solve our own personal problems by such malevolent leaders whose choices destroy our lives that we forget it is our daily choices shaping the world.

There are people in the world I wish to help but I hope to do so in a way where we are working together cooperatively.
I believe we must end suffering not wait for one solitary saviour.
