先日の２等小麦粉でパンを焼いてみたところ
空気が抜けて少し凹んでしまう😅

２等小麦の伸びが悪いというのもあるんですが
10％ぐらい混ぜてる焙煎全粒粉がクセ者なんですよね…
全く伸びがないですし
コーヒーを混ぜるとパンが膨らまないとかと同じように
焙煎はパンの発酵に良くないみたいで

パンの味は良いです👍少し給食パンの味がしますｗ
