Visited Sylvan Ave this morning to chat with J. Hopkins Contractors about resurfacing works & checked out the new pavements on Rufford Rd. Residents told me uneven surfaces & potholes made walking tricky. These improvements will make it safer & easier to get around! #WhalleyRange
