The Highlands has very high level of suicide rates and mental health problems.

If you have a friend or family member that you worry about, contact Ewen’s Room, Lochaber Hope or Mikeysline.

NHS Highland need to improve their mental health provision dramatically.

It's time to supercharge mental health care in this country.

Our Plan to Super Charge mental health services:
-Mental health MOTs at key life points
-A dedicated practitioner in every school
-Full parity between mental and physical health care

-Triple taxes on harmful social media giants

34 million people use the NHS app in England, but in Scotland we still don't have one.

Why, in 2025, are patients in Scotland still unable to benefit from an App that provides the same joined-up care that families in England have been able to rely on since before the pandemic?

Right now, Donald Trump is at a lavish banquet at Windsor Castle, while in Gaza a genocide is unfolding.

He alone can stop the assault on Gaza City, end the aid blockade and secure the release of hostages - Keir Starmer must make that clear to him before this visit ends.

1 in 7 school children are estimated to be neurodivergent. I left school a year early with poor results, it took me decades to realise I wasn’t thick!

Russia violating Polish airspace is a dangerous escalation.
We must back our European allies in the face of Putin's warmongering.

Today I met with President Abbas.

We discussed the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, the need to end the appalling suffering of Palestinians, secure the release of the hostages still held in brutal captivity by the Hamas terrorists, and how we ensure a two-state solution.
