We fear rejection so much that we often try to make ourselves small or hide who we are in order to be accepted, but then we are being disloyal to the most important person, ourselves. I would rather live a lonely life being myself than a life surrounded by people pretending to be someone I am not.

Moments when I'm grateful for being a nudist... and knowing there are people who go into the mud volcano fully clothed 😩 You'll just ruin the fabric because washing it afterward must be a waste of water. Here's the video of that adventure in Colombia:
