I love mung beans! So what could be more obvious than making mung bean miso to finally use up my last koji rice? It's a pure experiment, as I've never done this before. Finally checked something off my bucket list: the old Berlin city wall from the Middle Ages. There is still a free-standing section from the 13th century on Littenstraße, and remnants of the wall can be found built into houses all around. But not much more than 120 meters seems to have survived.

I finally got to visit the Mori Ōgai Memorial in Berlin, Luisenstraße. Unfortunately, it was closed and the weather was terrible, but I still managed to take a photo. As a big Bungou Stray Dogs fan, he is more than familiar to me. #berlin #moriougai #bungoustraydogs

Ordningen med Norgeskunnskap i utlandet har i mange år vært en viktig brobygger mellom Norge og mange andre land. Jeg har selv vært student og deretter underviser ved et lærested som fikk ta del i dette tilbudet. Støtt en god sak slik at ordningen ikke fjernes.
