Saw the last Downton Abbey movie today and was basically in tears from the start.
I was not ready to let go ( are we ever?) but had to. And the finale was just great and such a wonderful ending in every way ❤️

AI is a comfy blanket and an excuse for not paying people.

And we should not rely on something fake.

Humans and what we create and have is real.

Real connections, real stories and real people make our lives so much more sparkling and rich.

That is something we should never ever trade away.

Most of all, we loose an important thing that makes us humans.

We need the passion, the empathy, the connection and being seen and listened to as well as seeing and listening to other people.

More and more people use AI for everything, from asking ChatGPT to using it as a tool for finding the right answers on a fact.

I find it scary because I see how we become dumber, more lazy and loose our critical thinking when relying so much on AI.

And I know that some brands, companies and even individual are saying that they cannot afford to pay for artists and that becomes an argument to use AI.

Sorry not sorry, that is just a poor excuse not to pay someone AND to steal.

AI can never replace real humans, and we should not use it as a way to cut down costs either. 

I want artists and creators..Everyone who works with creative things to get proper payment for their work. To be ackknowledged and to get praised for skills they worked hard on.

But that is what I want AI to remain - A minimal tool for helping with small things.

I really do not wish to see it replace humans and to be a maintool for us, not at work or in our daily life. Especially not when it comes to creative things such as game design, writing, crafting, movies and music.

Ngl - I use AI myself sometimes. Grammarly (my dearest friend), Google Translate, and they are GREAT tools for helping me with small things in my daily work!
