Running conditions have been tough lately, but our Striders training programs are making the best of it! With the B&A Trail still unsafe, our Half-Marathon Group has pivoted to neighborhood roads. And our dedicated 5K Class did their workout in a parking lot the other night, as pictured here! 🏅

Important announcement: Our Valentine's 5K, originally scheduled for Sat. 2/14, is being postponed due to lingering ice/snow on the park paths. The race will now take place on the following Saturday, 2/21, at 10 AM. Look at it this way: You get an extra week to train! 😁 Info/reg.: RunSignup.com/V5K
