Miracles do not happen over night. It takes time, effort and a smart man at the helm. We have that with Prime Minister Mark Carney. People do not know the effort and the laws in place to make things happen. He is just starting. Pp needs to shut his pot hole. Our country will be thriving in time.

I have Plantar fasciitis in one foot. My own fault for walking on hard surfaces without proper footwear.I have had shockwave 6 times and Needling a few times plus exercise. I just bought Fugly Hoka runners and they are helping. Have had it now for about 3 months. That is not what the CT scan was for
