For the first time, we have confirmed Sindbis virus (SINV) in wild birds in West Africa. This adds to growing evidence that SINV is either spreading to new African regions or is endemic to a wider area than previously known.

When ever I don't use the quiet night hours, I see my research productivity (not including field work) drop.

I can achieve a lot more when I use as less as 1 or 2 hours in the night

Does anyone have this experience? What's you advice, please?
