Wait. That new Hoyo game actually looks really cool. I like the character art style they're going for, and the architecture of that main building thingy reminds me of the brutalist stuff in Control.

And if Wuthering Waves doesn't win best mobile game, then this shit's fucked. Genuinely better game than so many modern AAA titles, with better art style, gameplay, and OST all for a phone title.

Battlefield 6 nominated for best sound design. Sorry, how? I love this game, but no.
The mixing is great, but positionality is complete trash. I shouldn't need to change settings in my OS' control panel to enable me to at least slightly differentiate between someone behind or in front of me.

Steam Machine 2 looks kind of neat. But I'm skeptical on the performance. 28CU RDNA3 would put it under an RX7600. 4k60 FPS with FSR? Maybe on indies, but certainly not on AAA.
That, and only having 8GB of VRAM in 2025. Oof. If the price is right, I suppose.
