It may be mostly penguins here for the next few weeks! First time seeing them in the wild. Taking photos from a small boat means some are less crisp than I'd prefer, but it's hard to go wrong with wild penguins. Maiquillahue Island, Chile, has Humboldt and Magellanic penguins. #birds #photography

These funny ibises are all over Niebla, Chile. The one in the middle is tooting its horn. They sound a bit like a laughing chicken. I don't have a recording, but if you want a chuckle, check out black-faced ibis call on youtube. #birds #photography #nature
