I believe it was Wyden’s way to create a paper trail. He may not feel confident receiving acknowledgment of his top secret letter from Radliffe… Also, to give the public and colleagues a head’s up the only way he could that something is terribly amiss with IC. Just my speculation.

" the worst part is that Trump now realizes that the federal Treasury is an open piggy bank for him. He can file a lawsuit about literally anything, no matter how crazy, for any amount, and then tell Attorney General Bondi or the relevant agency head to hand him the cash."

If all these oligarchs named in the Epstein Files are totally innocent, surely they’d be in favor of an independent investigation into Epstein’s crimes.

Right?

We are watching one of the wildest things a nation-state has ever done: A superpower is committing suicide because the GOP Congress is too cowardly to stand up to the Mad King.

This is one of the wildest moments in all of geopolitics ever.

And... more goods news (also yesterday European countries pledged to expand wind energy on sea eight fold)
Big moment for Europe: in December, fully electric cars outsold petrol-only cars in the EU for the first time.

This shows that clear, consistent policy works. Which is exactly why backtracking now would be a mistake. Rolling back targets or creating uncertainty would slow investment and innovation.

A highly undemocratic practice. Intransparent too.
NDAs are making it harder for the public to be aware of data center projects in their communities.

“From... what I’ve seen, the very explicit purpose of these [NDAs] is so that the community doesn’t know what’s happening until it’s too late..."
