Trying to refinance our mortgage, paid for an appraisal, and now the lender is ghosting us!! Love that they can’t take 5 minutes to answer our simple questions.
My guess is the rates have gone up higher than they quoted us and don’t want to deal with it 🥲

Crochet friends! I made this scarf for a white elephant gift and it turned out with this segmented look where the stitch changes. Would a border row of single crochets all around make it look more even or should I leave it? Don’t have time to make something else so this has to work😅

Just filled out an online form for a tattoo inquiry, submitted it, and got no confirmation that it went through. So now I get to just be anxious and hope for a reply I guess!

Hey so this should be illegal! A 75% price increase in 6 months. I don’t care that it was flipped. And the fact that they’re asking more for this one story house than other two story houses in the area is absurd.
