I had sort of moved on from Kane and was never fussed about him ever coming back. He always left me feeling a bit cold for some reason.

But he’s still supremely elite, isn’t he? If there’s even the merest whiff of a hint that he’d come back, then they have to do (pay) whatever it takes.
