Fun fact : The first photo is the Church of St Mary at Mistley Heath. Essex, UK. It's where Matthew Hopkins, The Witchfinder General was buried. I took a long trip there only to find out his grave was destroyed so couldn't pinpoint the exact spot 🤦

Not one of Polanski’s best, but like Elaine May’s ISHTAR, it’s far from the disaster that critics deemed it at the time. At the very least, every dollar is up on that screen and it’s absolutely gorgeous.
