Thank you! I think trigger for me I think was pain. I was sitting up and waiting for a cramp in my calf to loosen up when it suddenly went away and then I had whatever that was. It was terrifying. I also panicked and went to the ER.

So this morning I learned that a vasovagal syncope episode is terrifying. That was not fun. 🫠 Anyone else get these and have advice if I get another? ✌️
