Decided to make a comfort breakfast. Shrimp and grits with scrambled eggs.
For the shrimp part, I sautéed them with onions, celery and bell pepper (it comes chopped and frozen in a bag) in butter and chili crisp. Then I added a bit of cornstarch and water to make a gravy.
