Today marks one year since my first FFS! Healing has been great and I’m so happy with the results! I have one more planned gender affirming surgery later this year! 🍈🍈

I’m still healing from my second FFS and my chin is so numb. But I just had a really good voice therapy appointment today, and it’s making me feel so much better after yesterday.

It was a mentally draining day today. The only therapist I’ve ever had, in the 7 years I’ve been going, left the practice. They saw me through so many highs and lows of my transition journey. I was an emotional wreck during the entire final session when recounting my journey.

Everyone making the joke happy 2016 posts and for a second I was like oh heck yeah, the brief moment before T***p was elected. But 2016 was when I got so sick I almost died before life saving heart surgery in 2017. So as much as I want to forget about *him*, I’m happy I’m alive.
