Question: How many Master's degrees would one need to have successfully completed before they can start calling themselves "ABD"? Four? Five?

Asking because folx who never finish their dissertation, but have 2 or fewer Master's degrees are out there doing so (and for a friend with 3 MSes and 1 MA).
