There's sooooooo much collab stuff in XIV which is amazing to see but wilds went above and beyond for omega. As much as I hate the fight I can't deny how perfect everything is

Again it's not a bad thing, but I had my expectations set by both the rathalos trial and the omega fight in wilds which feels a lot like an MMO fight (roles, enmity, DPS check etc) so maybe that's why it feels a bit jarring

But that said. I think MH won the collab game again lmaoooo

(mild 7.35 spoilers) I liked the arkveld trial but.... It didn't really feel like a monster hunter fight for me? It just more like a standard 7.x trial fight (which is fine) as opposed to an actual collab trial. I think rathalos did that much better tbh

there are a few things that you'll recognise from wilds but most of it is kinda XIV-ified if that makes sense. so it's the same animations but what they do are completely different

Getting a rescue cat is like the best thing ever. Over the course of the last 18 months Angel has completely come out of her shell and she now follows us wherever we go around the house. I love my silly little old lady cat
