That's the solution!! No longer will we have mail-in voting, instead - DRIVE THROUGH VOTING!! Then all license PLATES will be present! Of course, no carpooling allowed and bus takers might have a problem but hey!, that's the Demented Jerk Traitor's (DJT) thought process...
