not a fan of crevice gardens. they look unfriendly like teeth sticking out of the ground. however with that in mind maybe they would be good in little areas you don't want people to walk or stand like in front of a window.

as a student of art history, I find it so interesting that all/most of the big artists from the past we study are men, yet today if (in a broad example) a high school boy is interested in art, he's worried about being perceived as not masculine.

if I were to follow my urges, I would disconnect from everyone. no one would ever hear from me again. not going dark, just really wanting to live as a hermit.
this week I'm sending a birthday card to an old friend. it takes me days to work up to it.

I think normal brains are hardwired to solve problems. so no matter how great your life is, your brain seeks problems to work on. maybe that's why puzzles and games continue to be popular. it's like a snack for your brain's problem-craving. and I think it alleviates generalized anxiety.

if I could go back and edit my genes, I think thinner legs and ankles would be nice. but overall I'm pretty happy with the hand I was dealt. just don't ask me to wear a dress or skirt. 🐘

xcel peak hour rates is nuts. luckily we're on flat rate. it's a little higher, sort of an average between day and peak. I was really starting to stress out about whether we could cook dinner with the lights on. but I am so glad the data centers have plenty of power. that's what's important.
