Binghe has his own brand of drinks called BINGHE SWEAT (a parody of POCARI SWEAT). Shen Yuan is found buying a lot of BINGHE SWEAT from a vending machine by Binghe who has just come out training. In a separate drawing, Binghe brings Shen Yuan into his arms, rubbing his cheek and sweat-drenched body against him, declaring: "Since Yuan-ge likes Binghe's sweat so much, he can have all of it~"

Shen Yuan is reviewing Binghe's schedule, flipping through pages attached to a clipboard. Binghe smiles, eyes like crescent, as he listens; he has a tube of homemade energy gel clamped between his lips and a towel around his neck. SY: "After that, I've arranged a sparring session with [...] then there's the appointment with the massage therapist [...] are you listening?" LBH: "Always~" A series of drawings: (1) Binghe is training with a punching bag, which curiously has a sheet taped to it. (2) Following the previous image, it's revealed that the sheet is a crinkled picture of Liu Qingge, Binghe's trainer. Liu Qingge, standing in front of the punching bag, has his fist clenched as he mutters about how Binghe is an ungrateful brat. Shen Yuan pats at his shoulder, an attempt at damage control, "Liu-juju, don't take it to heart." (3) Binghe one-hit KOs his opponent as soon as the match starts. He goes off to the side of the ring to seek Shen Yuan, eyes wet, "Yuan-ge... did you see how he tried to hit me?" In the background, the referee calls for a medic - the opponent remains sprawled on the floor, unconscious. Meanwhile, Shen Yuan hysterically thinks: /Binghe, what... are you acting like a maiden for?! 'He tried', my ass! You didn't even give him the opportunity!/ (4) An angle of Luo Binghe from the bust-up; he has a cut on his cheek. It follows with a small doodle of Binghe requesting Shen Yuan to spit on his mouthguard for good luck, otherwise he wouldn't be able to fight well (as evidenced by the bandaid on his cheek). Binghe comes across a group photo featuring teenage Shen Yuan in his amateur boxing days, whose hair is notably longer than the present. Excitement palpable at the rare find, Binghe looks like a dog who just got gifted a hundred tennis balls. His speech bubble reads: "OMG so this was Yuan-ge from back then..!"

SQQ sitting at her home desk. She’s wearing Binghe’s gym shorts and a loose v-neck knit sweater and you can see just a bit of cleavage. Her computer monitor has post-its on it. The written text says “scrolling memes on lunch break” she says “oh—“ in a speech bubble SQQ says “hey Binghe— do the thing” and holds her hand out in an L shape expectantly. She’s obviously just seen this on her phone and is excited. Butch Binghe was looking at some papers and turns to look at SQQ’s hand. In the next panel, she honestly looks like she’s got no idea what’s going on but is looking at SQQ’s hand still. Binghe, having come up with a response, makes her hand into an L shape as well, and slots it into place in SQQ’s hand. Much like when you make two peace signs/scissor symbols with your hand and slot them into place with each other. This is a reference to a certain activity. In the next panel, “The Thing” is explained to be the trend where you make an L-shaped shelf with your hand and your dog or typically your significant other will come and place their chin in it.
