It's called UV cut flat (matte) and it says flat on the can.

Unless they've changed it since I last bought it they are different. I've used both and the flat was much better for what I needed it for. I wish I could find my can to send a picture 😅

For dealing with my ADHD something like writing a list is really helpful for me to get things done... but because of my ADHD I forget that making a list is something I can do.
