I think the size people use on videos is pretty extreme, 0.8 seems to be the best setting, you don't feel anything and it helps the rosemary oil penetrate nicely into the scalp.

Although maybe they go hardcore on it because they're deep into the balding process rather than just thinning

how about trying a micro needling stamper with rosemary oil? it seems to work pretty well.

There was this article I read about this gel they tested that can do hair regrowth utilizing a sugar present in our DNA, but requires further testing before it can be sold, not as aggressive as minodoxil too
