That’s when an institution that is violating civil rights gives the public just enough symbolic victories that accountability efforts lose steam before there has been any meaningful change.

A photo of my sketchbook, where I've done a bust sketch of my character Cassius. He's glaring forward, and there are a couple notable differences from his previous iteration- for one, he has pointy ears now! He also has a four-pointed star above where his left eye would be, though the actual eye is still covered by his hair.
