The Question

What if your training wasn’t about how much you lifted…

…but how good you felt after?

What if your body already knew what it needed … if only you paused long enough to ask?

I used to chase numbers in training.
Now I chase how I feel.

Walk out feeling strong. That's it.

Previously, I would feel good if I hit a number. Now, I skip the numbers part and focus directly on "feeling good."
