I saw something recently that said a strategy for adhd is you just need to commit to doing 30%. The full scope of 100% of a project is just too overwhelming. So just start with some thumbnails or sketches for now and then commit to another 30% another day or week. Any progress IS progress

Seeing that my sister is actively applying for a job makes me a lil happy. I know the job market is tough rn but I want her at least to be able to learn to be independent and earn her own money instead of relying on me or my dad.

I think its a good first step for her. :))

2) No "dangerous" kink
3) No DISCUSSING self harm, suicide, or substance abuse unless its "educational"

for the harm reduction bit--self harm includes obvious stuff like cutting, but also like scrolling bigoted comments, or looking at pictures of photoshopped celebrities. seeking dangerous liaisons, etc. these aren't INEVITABLY self harm, but they can be, and people often don't recognize it as such
