Printed my first ever dry point etching yesterday. Would like to fiddle around more and add some colour. Overall I loved just being able to sketch it out rather than plan the layers like a Lino. Although tricky seeing what you’re doing on a transparent surface

I have a traditional tattoo design obsession and when I started Lino printing they were simplified images inspired by body art.

Abrasax aka Abraxas, appears on ancient stone amulets in numerous cultures around the mediterranean, gnostic texts, and in the Greek magical papyri. Some call it a god, others a demon.

Thank you Harry for your input. I’ve sold a lot of bigger ones for £25 and yes that seems buyable to most. But now I have to also factor in the 30% taken from the gallery. Maybe £30 then makes it still ok? I love your trains!
