Watching all of these guys in the same week was both very exciting and overwhelming because my first instinct is to draw character(s) after the experience and I was like…how do I…who do I draw first?? before ultimately compromising with myself and putting them all on the same canvas

I guess you could consider this a redraw? The symbolism and imagery of the golden flowers actually stuck with me and I had a period where I just drew so many of them (like the drawings here) so I guess this is going back to my roots (lol) and I felt very nostalgic drawing Frisk and Asriel again.

In Undertale, the dichotomy between lighthearted, silly moments and deep sorrow is something that has always resonated with me.
This is my tribute for Undertale's 10th anniversary! One of my old drawings from 10 years ago (pictured here) inspired the current one.

The imperfections are part of the playing, but that’s what makes it beautiful to me. And that it was played from the heart. I’m glad we got to see Kris playing piano in this chapter on their own volition and without our interference (okay rambling over haha)

I love that about it! I loved that there were slight pauses and even mistakenly pressed keys, because that’s what felt so human about it. When I heard it for the first time, I felt like it had to be him playing because it sounded like his solo at the Undertale concert…it really brought me back…;_;
