it's a VERY simple blend of sweet potato, parsnips, carrots, turnips, beets, onion, garlic, plus fresh parsley and thyme and rosemary!! then it's seasoned with whatever i feel like that day basically... there's nothing crazy just local organic veggies that balance really well with one another 🥰
