Wrote this about my dad...who just had another stroke recently. The prognosis for physical recovery is good but his mind is on its way out the door. Dementia/brain damage is a real mf. Body of 69 mind of 79....

Took a bit of a break from my recovery day walks there..happy to report my weight stayed prety steady throughout the holiday season so far. Still trending downward slightly even. Back to walking on my days off from the gym tonight and that was a good one
