A little sad that I have totally missed the first ever #WorldPPHDay but great to see that there is action!

I was very unlucky to almost "manage" to die from PPH in a rich country like Switzerland, but I was SO lucky to have access to all care, tools, knowledge and medicines needed to keep me alive.
🩸 Sunday marks the first-ever #WorldPPHDay.

A new commentary reflects on progress since the launch of the PPH Roadmap, and why urgent, coordinated action is needed to end preventable deaths from PPH—still a leading cause of maternal mortality.
