He thinks this is what will qualify him for a Nobel Peace Prize and then he'll be outraged when he doesn't get it and say that the Nobel committee is "too woke" to exist, and take steps to attempt to discredit the members thereof to try to install his own sycophants. Won't work, but he'll try.
