Friday marked 7 weeks post op from top surgery! 🏳️‍⚧️

It was a long road to getting here and I am so grateful for everyone who helped me. Everyone who donated money to my fundraiser, went with me to appointments, who provided me love, support, and community in the last 2/5/9/11 years. I love you all.

Like I understand that the painkillers I was given for the first 10 days have now run out and I'm only taking ibuprofen but I really underestimated how much those stronger meds were keeping my standard chronic pain at bay

As a chronic pain haver the way I experience acute pain is all fucked up anyway but it has been especially odd for the most pain I have experienced post top surgery to not start until now, 2 weeks post op

You cannot kill us in any way that matters.

Our transness cannot be wiped from the earth no matter how hard institutions, governments, and the media try. While we remember those we have lost we also refuse to be erased and ignored. Every trans life is a blessing. Keep living out of spite 🏳️‍⚧️
