Fiance bought the Meghan Trainor Christmas album. It is all the standards done in a modern, pop way. I'm pretty sure this was created in a lab solely to make my mom's head explode in rage.

I understand they hadn't eaten the fruit of knowledge yet, but...were there, like, other talking animals in the garden of Eden? There are only three things that can speak, that should set off some alarms.

I had honestly been about to go through my DVD collection and purge some stuff. Now with the Netflix/HBO deal probably going through, looks like I will be keeping that "Deep Blue Sea 3" Blu Ray.

Today on his birthday, we’re remembering the great Tony Todd, not only for the iconic roles he embodied, but for the tremendous passion he had for his work, and for his thoughtful and nuanced approach to a genre that was lucky to benefit from his gifts. He is missed.

Fiance shared a recipe with me for bourbon-infused smoked peppercorn. It looks amazing and I want to try it, but I hated the video. How dare that man use Pappy Van Winkle as his cooking bourbon!

Normally Tonks gets to go out for an hour in the morning to chill with nature and have some alone time from the other three cats. Today I opened the door, she saw the snow, and noped back to her cat tower.

Had a lovely, relaxing Sunday constantly dying to the hardest enemy in "Ghost of Yotei!" My fiance loved watching me die, swear, then reload the game time and time again.

Beat the story of "Ghost of Yotei" today. It wasn't as good as "Tsushima" in that respect, but the gameplay and maps were a lot more fun. Hopefully whatever Sucker Punch do next they can knock it out of the park as well.

My fiance has gotten me to incorporate actually eating some eggs in my diet, but I still don't think I can bring myself to eat a Deviled Egg. And not just for the theological implications of my immortal soul.

I never finished watching "Supernatural," dipping out which now seems hilariously early. I have read Wikipedia entries for two of the characters...what the fuck happened to that show? Apparently it got WILD!

One of the cats put a hole in my weighted blanket, causing the filling to spill out somewhere. Now when I crawl under it for sleep I can feel the sand-like stuff. But you know what? My skin looks fantastic! I am exfoliating all night.

At work I am in charge of putting together interview packets for the applicants for next year. I am told to find anything interesting for the interviewers to ask or bring up. This lead to my boss asking, "Why do you think this person being forklift certified is helpful to the podiatry program?"
