Embrace the madness! EU4 is still PDX's best game to date, imo. It's probably irresponsible of me to recommend Anbennar when you're just starting out, but come look us up on the steam workshop once you've got a few hundred hours of vanilla under your belt.

Have you considered that the Anbennar mod for EU4 can help it to feel fresh again even after thousands of hours? (I may be slightly biased because I work on the mod)

I don't know... I saw a youtube video once from a guy who had to spend a whole day in a Target, and he concluded the candy with peanuts in it was the "least healthy" (because he was just measuring calories, and peanuts are so calorically dense)

I've gotten into writing lore and fixing bugs for the Anbennar mod for EU4, and it's really helping to restore my faith in my ability to work collaboratively and make meaningful contributions to a project that a lot of people care about.
