I’m starting my own creator marketing agency and plan to pay every employee (all freelance marketers) between $100/hr & $125/hr for full-time hours.
Average ad agency rates are 150/hr - $250/hr.
Except I won’t take overhead costs like they do. It all goes to you, the marketer. Who says no? 🤔
