Too much stimulation in our post-industrial society I believe is causing/handing down ADHD in people: flicking images in ads, too many choices, too many tabs open, too many obligations...
I find myself longing for old movies with far less camera movement.
This contributes to burnout in everyone.

They didnt call back, so i got an idea (btw ive also stopped using autocorrect and auto capitalization).
I wrote them like 5000 characters in 9 parts about how their organization hurt me and why i can't meet in person right now.

My PCP's office wants me to come in for a full physical. I have actually never met her, bcz my prior PCP died suddenly a year before I went into the hospital for an extreme panic attack.
If I have to drive there, I will probably crash my car or panic. I DESPISE MaineHealth. & my startle response 😨

My experience of life since Alex Pretti was murdered has smacked my nervous system to the point where life seems like it’s literally slowed to a snail’s pace. If I’m driving this largely does not come into play bcz I’m focused on what I’m doing. Then I get back home and things are molasses. CPTSD
