Anaxa expects that to be the end of it all. With the cloak returned, there is nothing binding them together. Their lives can hardly be any more different, so it would only make sense for it to end there.

But then, a few days later, a letter arrives.

There is no sender, but he can count on one hand the possible options, most of them meaning trouble. The envelope is plain, but when he turns it, he spots a doodle of a lion’s head next to the waxen seal imprinted with a cursive ‘M’.

Anaxa’s brows furrow. For one, this prince doesn’t seem particularly subtle. For two, what could he possibly be reaching out for?

I stand by the fact that dom/sub is a lot more important/indicative of a dynamic than top/bottom. T/b is literally just about who you want to see get fucked. Sub tops and dom bottoms exist, too. I get having a preference (I do too) but it’s never a reason to be so hateful towards others.

Yes I think you should just tag it for people to avoid and find what they’re looking for but if the writer doesn’t care enough about those things then you either take the gamble or you don’t. You’ll be Fine. There’s so much fic out there to read—more than you can ever finish in your life.

If untagged top/bottom upsets you so much and even the thought of seeing the reverse makes you That pressed, you can just not read the fic, it’s ok. You’re not held at gunpoint to read everything. If something happens you don’t like for any reason, you can literally just click away. You’ll be fine.
