Ya'all realized a LOT of fellow citizens are rejoicing over this. Generally, they are spewing strawman arguments but they are giddy. It's almost as horrific as the killing. These are our neighbors and in my community, the majority of these comments are from Hispanics. I am struggling to process this

I think @maddow.bsky.social is right. It's about breaking boundaries and using the US military in any way he chooses. Public sentiment be dawned. Oil makes no sense at all. He doesn't have the infrastructure and it wont exist in his lifetime.

Actually, we have a local print shop that makes signs and tshirts and sells them at cost (the signs ar $5). People usually donate more to support them.

I was traumatized long before this shooting. Every school shooting. The killing of the Hortmans. January 6th. So many shared experiences that were perceived differently among us. And this is supposed to be the final straw? I don't think so. It's another day in aMerica.
