A lot of platforms are slowly or even totally removing your ability to curate your own feed, so if their algorithm decides that slop might increase your engagement, it will start shoveling it in there without asking, even if you don't want it. That's one big reason I've forsaken Meta and Twitter.

Learning to cook is awesome. Doctoring up packaged food is a great way to start learning. PLEASE look up how to make a roux instead of using canned cream-of-something-soup, though. It's cheaper and tastes waaaay better.
