The plan is for the "weak" to die and tech giants to replace humans with AI. Only the rich will exist. I heard about this years ago on Joe Roman's podcast. They're all on board with killing us off.

The apple cider vinegar you can try tonight but try to do it two hours before bed and mix with something like tea and honey or apple cider to mask the taste. Reason for two hours is you will use thd bathroom as the water weight drops off instantly.

Also use the gummies for the inflammation but it can slow me down. Try some ACV at night. I started this 5 days ago and woke up without eye bags and a flat tummy so that's obvious in terms of relief of swelling. The berberine helped the pain go away and some swelling.

Oh hun, that's rough but I hear you. They could never fully figure me out. Just constant inflammation and symptom names like fibromyalgia which isn't a disease it's a symptom. I started taking this berberine complex and things changed. Also by balancing hormones. Thanks for sharing.

I'm glad it was fairly peaceful. I miss my grandma too. Her health had improved when my aunt took her off her meds and strictly used supplements. I have been chronically ill and everything the doctors do makes me worse so I'm doing the same and improving. Strange because FDA doesn't regulate those
