They have major thoroughfares in North Carolina. They also conduct live fire exercises over the Cape Fear River. It is not uncommon. And yes, this was an exercise.

This is not an uncommon occurrence. I was stationed at Camp LeJeune and there were live fire exercises over roadways all the time. I hate this administration as much as the next guy, and they do a lot of stupid uncalled for bullshit. This is not one of those things
